By accessing and using Safety Stream Solutions, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our platform.

Safety Stream Solutions provides a comprehensive safety management platform designed to help businesses track incidents, manage compliance, and improve workplace safety. Our services include but are not limited to incident reporting, safety inspections, compliance documentation, and data analytics.

To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to use our platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the platform:

• In any way that violates any applicable federal, provincial, or local law or regulation

• To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent

• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate the Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity

The platform and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Data Stream Solutions Inc. and its licensors. The platform is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries.

In no event shall Data Stream Solutions Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
