A Zero Harm safety program
— engineered for zero injuries.
For owners, senior leaders, EHS managers, and safety coordinators who are done with paper, spreadsheets, and disconnected systems — and want real visibility into what's happening on the floor.

Are You Leading Safety — or Just Managing It?
"What gets measured
gets managed."
The problem
If your safety program lives in binders and spreadsheets, you're one incident away from exposure.
Even when paperwork gets done, most teams are flying blind — reacting to what landed on the desk this morning instead of focusing on the real drivers of risk.
Training records in one place, inspections in another, incidents in a third. Signatures chased by email. Versions of the "same" spreadsheet everywhere. You're responsible — but the system you've been given makes it impossible to be confident.
Leadership wants more than incident counts. They want to know where the real risk lives, whether the program is improving, and where to focus next. Without real analytics, you're left answering hard questions with judgment and last-minute spreadsheets.
Enterprise platforms are complex, expensive, and IT-dependent. Simple tools fall apart when you need real reporting. Either way, the burden stays on you.
The other side
You can react to audits and incidents — or you can lead with data.
A year from now, you don't need more hours. You need a system that turns the hours you have into the right hours — aimed at the right problems.
- Walk with purpose
- Walk the floor with purpose because the dashboard flagged a pattern that needs your eyes.
- Lead with evidence
- Sit with leadership and show where safety is improving — with evidence.
- Reclaim your time
- Stop chasing paper and start spending hours on the work that actually reduces risk.
- Built for consistency
- Build a program that runs whether you're there or not.
The unique process
Zero Harm, powered by
If the goal isn't zero injuries, you're telling people some injuries are expected. CARE turns safety into a system that's measurable and improvable.
- Collect
- Capture incidents, inspections, training, SDS, and contractor records from any device — online or offline.
- Analyze
- Surface trends and hidden risk so you can focus on the real drivers behind your numbers — not guess.
- Report
- Give supervisors and leadership real-time visibility with dashboards that are clear, consistent, and defensible.
- Eliminate
- Turn insights into action — share outcomes with employees and drive the improvements that prevent injuries.
Why this is different
A safety system — not just software.
Replace the fragile parts of your program (paper, tribal knowledge, spreadsheets) with an engineered system that captures, analyzes, reports, and drives action.
- Configured by us
- You're operational in days, not stuck in a months-long onboarding.
- Flat-priced, all-inclusive
- Your program can grow and change without surprise tiers and invoices.
- Offline-capable for field work
- Capture what matters where it happens — even in remote or low-connectivity environments.
- Built for safety professionals
- Self-managed by EHS — not dependent on IT resources to keep things moving.
- Designed by someone who's done the job
- Built from real workflows in manufacturing safety, not from theory.
- Analytics that drive action
- Not just more data — clear signals on where to focus next.
Quick self-assessment
If these questions make you uneasy, you're not alone.
Most programs don't fail because people don't care — they fail because the system can't keep up with reality.
Fit check
Who this is for — and who it isn't.
If we're not a fit, we'll tell you quickly. If we are, we'll help you build a program that runs like a system.
Safety Stream Solutions is built for a specific kind of client — one who takes safety seriously enough to invest in a real system. We work best with organizations where the person driving safety has leadership backing and the latitude to build something that lasts.
- Zero tolerance for injuries. You believe one injury is one too many — and you're done accepting the status quo.
- Paper-based or fragmented systems. Your program is held together with spreadsheets, binders, and email threads that shouldn't be load-bearing.
- Audit exposure. You've failed — or nearly failed — an audit, and it exposed gaps you can't patch with a checklist.
- Documentation that didn't hold up. You've had an incident where the records weren't there when you needed them most.
- Field adoption problems. You want a tool workers will actually use — not one that creates more work than it solves.
- Real analytics without IT dependency. You want meaningful reporting you can run yourself — not dashboards that require a data team.
Who we're not the right fit for
We'd rather turn down the wrong client than set up a program for failure. If any of the following describes your situation, we'll tell you directly before wasting each other's time.
- Organizations that treat safety as a compliance checkbox and nothing more.
- Sites where leadership won't invest in a program that actually works.
- Anyone looking for the cheapest solution — not the right one.
"We'd rather say 'this isn't the right fit' on day one than discover it six months into an implementation."
If you're reading this and nodding along, there's a good chance we're the right fit. The next step is a free 15-minute call — no pitch, just an honest conversation about where your program stands and what it would take to get it where it needs to be.
The founder
Built by someone who's done your job.
I love data, processes and structure. I've spent my whole career building them — as an engineer, as a safety professional, and as a self-taught developer.
I've watched too many safety programs fail — not because the people running them didn't care, but because the tools they were given made it impossible to succeed. Spreadsheets that get out of sync. Paper binders nobody can find. Software that requires a full-time IT resource just to add a new form. One person holding the entire program in their head — until the day they weren't there anymore.
Safety shouldn't collapse when one person goes on vacation. Employees shouldn't get hurt because the data lives in a filing cabinet. And safety managers shouldn't have to choose between "too complex" and "too simple."
Who is our Founder?
I've spent 25+ years running safety and operations in mid-size and large consumer goods manufacturing environments. I'm an engineer by training and a safety professional by necessity: when you're responsible for real people in real plants, safety stops being a checkbox very quickly.
Over those years I ran contractor safety programs end-to-end, served on multiple Site Safety Leadership Committees, completed hundreds of equipment pre-start and machine guarding reviews, served as Unilever's representative on Norfolk County's Emergency Management Plan, and built business cases that justified safety investments at the executive level. I've lived every single workflow this software handles.
I also watched safety programs fail the same way, over and over — held together by one person, one binder, one spreadsheet. The day that person left, or the day an auditor asked a question nobody prepared for, the program fell apart. I got tired of watching good programs collapse for bad reasons.
"So I built what I always wished I'd had: an engineered, data-driven, employee-driven safety system that doesn't depend on a hero to stay alive."
My promise to you
- I'll listen first. I'll ask questions so I fully understand your site, your program, and your pressures. I won't set goals for you, and I won't tell you what to do — it's your program, you're in charge.
- I'll give you an honest picture. I'll help you see clearly where your real risk is hiding and what's holding the program back — and what it will actually take to get to a Zero Harm target at your site.
- We'll do the heavy lifting. If we work together, my team and I will configure and implement the system for you. You won't be stuck in a months-long onboarding. We'll partner with you as the program grows — and your price won't go up just because your program does.
- Improvement is realistic. You're not going to get to zero injuries overnight. But with a real system, year-over-year improvement is not only realistic — it's achievable.
My guarantee
Safety is an investment, not an expense — and every investment carries risk. Our Zero Harm system reduces that risk by replacing the parts of your program most likely to fail (paper, spreadsheets, tribal knowledge) with an engineered system that captures, analyzes, reports, and acts on your data.
I'm not looking for customers — I'm looking for partners. Businesses that want someone in the trenches with them, building a safety program their people actually rely on. If that's you, and you show up and do the work, I guarantee your program will be more defensible, more visible, and more effective than it was before. If it's not, we'll keep working until it is.
